Platform Rules & Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "don55" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to don55.bet and its operating entity, including all services, games, promotions and support channels accessible at don55.bet.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on don55 or accesses any service available on the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player upon successful registration on don55.bet.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by don55 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) verification required for withdrawal processing.
• "USDT" — Tether USD stablecoin, the primary cryptocurrency accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "Services" — all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, virtual sports, payment services and any other features offered through don55.bet.

By accessing don55.bet, registering an Account, making a deposit or using any Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and don55 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings or representations.

These Terms should be read together with don55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

To register and use don55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. don55 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your email address and a valid mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement with don55.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee, agent or trustee for a third party.

don55 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading or incomplete. Accounts opened by or on behalf of individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately upon discovery and any real-money balance will be returned minus any winnings derived from gameplay.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your don55 Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. don55 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account to provide an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.

You must notify don55 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised or that any transaction on your Account was not initiated by you. don55 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or delayed reporting suspected unauthorised access.

• do55 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting don55 support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, after written notice is sent to the registered email address.

don55 accepts deposits via USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer and Raast instant payment. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and refund of the deposit amount.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance following confirmation on the relevant network or payment system. USDT deposits typically credit within 2–5 minutes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit within minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require submission and approval of the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back.
• Proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash wallet showing your registered number).
• For USDT withdrawals, confirmation that the destination wallet address belongs to you.

Approved USDT withdrawals are processed in under 15 minutes. PKR withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer are processed within 24 hours of approval. don55 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, network fees for USDT withdrawals are borne by the player and deducted from the withdrawal amount.

don55 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions and validity periods.

General bonus rules applicable to all don55 promotions unless otherwise specified include the following:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• During an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is Rs 500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution table for each bonus is published in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• don55 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus where abuse or exploitation is detected.

Players who wish to opt out of a bonus before wagering requirements are met may request cancellation via live chat, with the understanding that the bonus funds and any winnings attributable to those bonus funds will be forfeited upon cancellation.

All casino games, sports betting markets and other gaming products available on don55 are governed by the individual game rules published within the Platform alongside the relevant game or market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

don55 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RNG systems are independently audited to verify statistical randomness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios and governed by their published table rules.

With respect to sports betting on don55, the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the Platform's cash-out feature is available and activated.
• don55 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error was made, or where bets were placed after the relevant event had already commenced in a manner inconsistent with in-play betting rules.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC international fixtures and domestic tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent).
• In the event of technical failure during a live betting session, bets already confirmed at the time of failure remain valid and will be settled on resumption. Bets not confirmed at the time of failure will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on don55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether personally or via a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to place bets or claims not intended by don55. Any winnings derived from exploiting Platform errors are void and will be recovered.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money. don55 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence bodies and will report suspicious transactions without prior notice to the account holder.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after withdrawals have been processed.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity, age or location during KYC verification.

don55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. As a condition of our international gaming licence, don55 is obligated to provide players with practical tools to manage their gambling activity and to enforce responsible gaming standards at all times.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered don55 players directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits — cap your maximum net losses over a defined period to prevent unplanned losses.
• Session Time Reminders — receive automatic pop-up reminders after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications showing your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your Account. Periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is activated instantly from Account settings or via live chat support.

don55 enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Players identified as underage will have their accounts closed and all funds returned. All content on don55.bet — including but not limited to the don55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials and any other content produced by or for don55 — is the exclusive intellectual property of don55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any don55 content without prior written authorisation from don55.

Game content displayed on the don55 Platform is provided under licence from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective game providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, don55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service.

don55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

don55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occasionally affect Platform availability. don55 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

don55 collects, processes and stores personal data — including name, CNIC details, contact information and transactional data — in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at don55.bet/privacy-policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

don55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, game providers and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or by the conditions of our gaming licence. All third-party data processors engaged by don55 are contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes authorised by don55 and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

don55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by our licensing authority's direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date. The current version of these Terms is always the version dated most recently at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which don55's operating entity is incorporated, as specified in our licensing documentation available upon request via support.

In the event of any dispute between you and don55, you are encouraged to first contact don55 support via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. don55 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes informally within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by don55's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's appointed dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
